Our sagacious little entrepreneurs start early. Colby, a fourth grader at Village East Gifted, wants to open a restaurant for an exotic pet in Australia. Guided by our entrepreneurship curriculum, he researched salaries, rent and cost of the supplies. Here's his business plan.
